Securipool, the reference in Removable Pool Fence
Why buy a barrier rather than another device?
Unlike other safety systems, the swimming pool barrier is the only real physical obstacle for a child. Immersion alarms, known as passive safety alarms, only go off once a fall has occurred, and it's worth remembering that a child will drown in silence in 3 minutes, the time it takes to get to the pool. Safety covers are only effective when they are closed and secured with straps. A barrier is the simplest and safest way to actively secure and protect your pool. The barrier is also a solution that respects your neighbours by avoiding the inconvenience of alarms that go off unexpectedly during the day or night while you're away. What are the advantages of the Securipool swimming pool barrier?
Unlike other pool barriers on the market, the Securipool barrier can be installed and removed in just a few minutes by a single person. This means you can free up the space around your pool and enjoy your terrace or solarium to the full when you're swimming. With the Securipool fence, and when you have another safety device, you can secure your pool when you want to and when it's really necessary (to welcome your grandchildren, etc.). The Consumer Safety Commission recommends the barrier as the most reliable safety product. Whether you have a private or public swimming pool, an in-ground or above-ground pool, the Securipool removable barrier will meet your needs and expectations. You'll love how easy it is to use and install. Boasting excellent value for money and an unrivalled reputation among both private individuals and professionals, it guarantees to secure your pool in a matter of moments, while complying with current safety standards. The Securipool flexible barrier is available in modules from 1m to 15m to best suit your pool, and comes in two different versions and a choice of four finishes. Robust, attractive and made in France, the Securipool swimming pool barrier stands out for its versatility, quality and total transparency thanks to its veil effect. Its automatic gate, available as an option, gives you complete security when accessing the pool. Approved and compliant with standard NF P90-306. Put your trust in the leader in Europe since 1996!How to install and use a Securipool barrier?
The Securipool barrier, like all barriers, is effective when properly installed. Unlike a conventional barrier, which remains fixed and cannot be removed, the Securipool barrier can be dismantled in a few minutes at any time, either partially or completely, leaving the pool free of any obstacles. Securipool is very easy to use, and can be installed without tools after the first installation. All you have to do is position the modules according to the holes in the ground and fit the posts into their sleeves. Once the modules are in place, all you have to do is connect them together using the latches fixed to each module, which will enable you to completely secure the perimeter of your pool by ensuring that the net is properly tensioned. When you want to dismantle the barrier, simply open the latches twice, making them childproof, and then remove the posts one by one from their housings, rolling the nets off the modules as you go. When you want to store the barrier, simply roll up each module, fasten them with a rubber band or turnbuckle and store them. If you wish to dismantle only part of the barrier to gain access to the pool, this is perfectly possible. Simply remove the posts and roll up the net, then fasten it again with a rubber band to prevent the dismantled part from falling out. When the Securipool barrier is partially or totally dismantled, simply place the sleeve covers on each sleeve, ensuring maximum safety around the pool while preserving the aesthetics of your paving or terrace.Further information

Colours of net and posts
There are two models of Securipool barrier with different perforation diameters: one in 30mm (Securipool) and one in 16mm (Securipool III), which can be chosen according to the nature of the ground: paving, wood, earth... These two models are available in different finishes, either with anodised aluminium posts, or with coloured posts baked in the same colour as the net. Securipool fences are frequently referred to as Securipool Classique (anodised post) and Securipool Prestige (lacquered post) and Securipool III fences as Securipool Advantage (anodised post) and Securipool Advantage Luxe (lacquered post). These are identical models, with only the post finishes and drilling diameters changing. Securipool barriers are available in modules from 1m to 15m and 1.22m high. Each module comes with a safety latch. You can choose between a Securipool barrier with grey anodised posts and black and green netting in the Classique (30mm) and Advantage (16mm) ranges, or in white with grey posts (Prestige), or a barrier with lacquered posts: black with black netting, green with green netting, chocolate with chocolate netting in the Prestige (30mm) and Luxe (30mm) ranges. Dark colours let the most light through. If you're looking for a real veil effect, it's best to opt for black, green or chocolate. Green is best for wooded areas, chocolate for wooden terraces, and white should be chosen to match the furniture and exterior features of your home. It's important to remember that white is the most opaque of all the colours available.Type of post and pool gate fixing
Securipool barriers are available with two different types of fixing, depending on the type of floor. The Securipool Classique and Prestige fences are available in 30mm and the Securipool III Advantage and Luxe fences are available in 16mm. If you live in a windy region, it is advisable to choose a Securipool Classic or Prestige model in 30mm. Each type of barrier has a specific fixing, so each barrier module is supplied with sleeves and sleeve covers adapted to the diameter of the post. When we indicate 30mm or 16mm, this corresponds to the drilling template for the holes (30mm or 16mm drill bit). However, unlike the Securipool Advantage and Luxe in 16mm which has a 30mm diameter post with a 16mm fixing, the Securipool Classique and Prestige in 30mm has a 30mm post and fixing (increased wind resistance). The Securipool gate, designed to restrict access to the pool to children under 5, has been tested by LNE (dossier E 13 331) and measures: Overall width: 1030 mm; Height: 1235 mm; Support posts: 40 mm x 30 mm; Height above ground: 1235 mm. Available in five colours: white, black, green, anthracite and brown, it is fixed to the ground using anchors and screws, and can also be chemically sealed for greater resistance. How do I choose my Securipool swimming pool barrier?
The Securipool removable barrier is available in two models and four different finishes. The choice of the right model and finish will depend on the location you choose and your tastes regarding the colour of the net and the finish of the posts (anodised or lacquered aluminium). So before making any purchase, it's a good idea to ask yourself a number of questions that will help you refine your project and approach the choice of model you need to order with greater peace of mind. A number of factors need to be taken into account, starting with the desired location for the barrier, the distance between the barrier and the pool (a minimum of 1m is recommended by law), the dimensions of the different lengths, the position of the gate if you want one or an opening between two sections (opposite a staircase, for example), the nature of your ground and its gradient if there is one (earth, grass, gravel, concrete slab, wood, etc... ), the type of guardrail (wall, hedge, tree, etc.) present at each end of the barrier if it does not completely surround the pool (i.e. determine the starting and end points of the barrier) and finally the colour of the posts and net you want, depending on the pool environment (colour of your outdoor furniture, dominant colour of your house, etc.).Choosing the position of the barrier
The Securipool swimming pool barrier is available in 30mm and 16mm versions, depending on its use and the type of ground. In windy regions, it is strongly recommended that you opt for a 30mm model, which will ensure good resistance to strong winds. The law recommends (but does not require) that the barrier should be installed at least 1 metre from the pool. However, each pool has its own characteristics and features, so the barrier should be adapted to your constraints (vegetation, furniture, access to be secured, walls, etc.) and those of your pool (shape, type of terrace, solarium, pool house, etc.). Any fixed or mobile support point less than 1.10m away should be avoided on either side of the barrier. If the barrier does not go all the way round your pool, the end posts must be fixed to a fixed element (wall, barrier, etc.), otherwise you will need to provide additional starting posts. If there is an obstacle close to the chosen location, it is preferable to include it inside the layout (the barrier will pass behind it), or to go around it (outside the layout and more than 62cm from the Securipool, which is 1.22m high).Check the location and ground of the installation
As the Securipool barrier must be installed on flat, level ground, it is advisable to check that the ground is perfectly level along the entire layout. The Securipool can be installed on any type of ground (paving, earth, wood, terrace, etc.) thanks to its 16mm and 30mm fixings and specific sleeves. The Securipool barrier allows you to follow the shapes and contours of your pool and adapt to the ground all around it. It is therefore possible to combine 16mm and 30mm sections in the same installation if you need to install the barrier on a terrace and then in the ground. If you have a small difference in level, you can compensate to some extent for this by choosing short sections. If the installation has to be carried out close to a staircase, 1m modules with a custom height are also available as an option to compensate for differences in level. If you have a terrace and a paved floor, you should opt for a 16mm barrier. If, on the other hand, you have a soil, sand, wood or gravel floor, or if you live in a windy region, you should opt for a 30mm barrier. You'll find plenty of installation advice in our installation guide, so don't hesitate to have a look. Why buy from Removable Pool Fence?

The Securipool barrier, a safety measure to adopt for your swimming pool
The Securipool flexible pool fence is a real safety feature for your swimming area. It protects the perimeter of the pool and prevents any unwanted intrusion. As well as being practical, it's also one of the most elegant and discreet pool fence on the market. It blends in harmoniously with your outdoor décor and is ultra-resistant.
What is a Securipool barrier?
A Securipool barrier represents a type of pool safety fence designed by PSE/Securipool. Piscine Sécurité Enfant (PSE) invented the removable flexible fence barrier in 1996, well before the 2003 law on swimming pool safety was introduced. This French-made device is suitable for both public and private pools. Here, we are referring to a flexible swimming pool fence that can be dismantled in a matter of minutes.
The manufacturing company was the first in France and Europe to develop and market a cheap swimming pool fence that is effective against drowning of the smallest children. Of European quality, PSE's products are shaped and assembled in France. What's more, they comply with current standards and have been approved by a French laboratory. There are versions on the market suitable for private individuals and professionals: hotels, campsites, town halls, condominiums, etc.
Why install a Securipool barrier?
According to French standards, all pool owners must comply with certain safety measures. The truth is, in-ground outdoor pools must be fitted with a choice of alarm, cover, pool shelter or barrier.
It's even advisable to combine several safety systems to minimise the risk of children or pets drowning. Installing a Securipool swimming pool barrier remains the most appropriate and reliable option, as it is preventive.
This is a removable flexible swimming pool fence specifically adapted to protect toddlers under 5 years of age. In fact, the device prevents them from getting to the pool. However, we recommend the use of a cheap swimming pool fence that complies with NT P90-306 safety standards, an example of quality that, as well as being effective, lasts over time.
The Securipool fence offers several advantages
Easy to install and economical, the Securipool net fence combines a number of advantages. First and foremost, it does not require the intervention of a professional to install. It can also be dismantled at will so that you can enjoy your swimming area to the full, provided you keep a close eye on your children. This type of equipment can be customised to suit your needs. With the Securipool removable fence, there's no need to worry about maintenance. Take a look at our pages and you'll find models with matching gates. Whether you're a private individual or a professional, you can be sure you'll get a product to suit your needs. It's a barrier made in France and has been no. 1 in Europe since it was launched. Send us your request and we'll be delighted to provide you with a 100% free made-to-measure quotation.
A discreet, modular device
The Securipool barrier is made of transparent reinforced polyester fabric. It adopts a very discreet look that allows it to blend naturally into your outdoor spaces. Its function is to delimit your pool while protecting young children from drowning. It's fair to say that this type of flexible fence offers a high level of safety, as it can't be crossed by a toddler under the age of 5.
As well as being modular as you like, the Securipool barrier has a flexible design that gives it the ability to adapt to all types of pool and terrain. Removable and strong, the fence is held in place with stakes and can be dismantled quickly and easily. The system is available in a range of sizes, from 1 m to 6 m high. Each product comes with a fixing kit for any type of ground: concrete, wood, earth... However, you'll need to choose its diameter according to the climatic conditions in your region, but you can choose between 16 or 30 mm in diameter.
Available in different colours, this type of net fence benefits from an anti-UV treatment that preserves its original appearance over time. It is highly resistant to corrosion, humidity and heat. So you can leave it in place all year round without it warping or fading. However, if you want to dismantle it in winter, it can easily be stored in the shed or garage. But don't forget in this case to install another security system (cover, alarm, etc.).
How to properly install your Securipool fence?
The Securipool fence, as indicated above, is simple to install. It should be installed at a distance of at least one metre from your pool to make getting in and out of the pool more comfortable. You'll also need to leave a gap of one metre between the posts. Don't hesitate to use a chalk line for a better demarcation. Next, you can join the modules to the posts, taking care to ensure that they are plumb and level.
It's important to note that the posts for this pool safety device are anodised or lacquered and can be up to 1.32 m high. These must be fixed to the ground using sleeves. You can order your own from our website. The fence net is made from highly flexible PVC mesh and can withstand up to 3 tonnes of wind. There's no risk of it sagging over time, even if it gets snagged several times regularly.
To enter the swimming area, you'll need to gain access via a safety mechanism arranged between each module. However, a self-closing Securipool gate can be fitted to make it easier for you to get around. The Securipool swimming pool barrier requires no special maintenance. Simply hose it down to remove any dirt clinging to the net. Still not convinced? Read on because we haven't revealed everything about it yet.
An economical but effective safety solution
A safety alternative for swimming pools, the Securipool barrier is recognised as reliable by the CSC or Consumer Safety Commission. There are no climbing holds or rigid bars to lean on. It is a safety barrier with a weave that is unlikely to injure a child clinging to it. What's more, it's installed flush with the ground, so there's no risk of it getting into the bathing area. Even toys can't get under the fence. And because it has no bars, even the smallest animals won't be able to get through.
On site, it's easier to keep an eye on the children thanks to the transparent weave of the Securipool fence. Among other things, you'll have peace of mind while you're away because the pool will be perfectly secure, with no risk of breakdowns or untimely alarms. If you're going away for a long time, it's easy to dismantle. The same goes for reinstalling it when you return.
Among other things, the Securipool barrier can also become your best ally when it comes to maintaining your pool. With a fairly high height, it prevents leaves from falling into the pool when it's windy. With no bars, unlike other fences, the barrier blocks leaves, which then stay outside the swimming area. So cleaner water means fewer maintenance chores.
Who is this pool safety fence for?
The Securipool barrier is for any pool owner. If you want to save time during the dismantling of your swimming area safety fence, this is the model for you. Your children are still small at the moment, but they'll grow up. So you'll need a fence that can be easily removed once they're used to swimming.
The net fence also remains a perfect alternative for completely banning swimming on certain occasions (travel, pool water treatment, welcoming children from the neighbourhood, etc) and preventing any possible intrusions. If you're worried about your budget, a flexible swimming pool fence is a cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing solution. Compared with other removable pool fences, it's 10 times more affordable. If you're often away from home, but sometimes rent out your house, the cheap swimming pool fence will be a guarantee of safety that will prevent animals or curious children in the neighbourhood from gaining access to the pool.
