  • Information on the Securipool swimming pool barrier
  • What is the difference between the Securipool barrier and the Securipool III barrier?
There are two models of Securipool barrier with different perforation diameters: one in 30mm (Securipool) and one in 16mm (Securipool III), to be chosen according to the nature of the floor: paving, wood, earth, etc. These two models come in different finishes, with either anodised aluminium posts or coloured posts baked in the same colour as the net.
  • What is the difference between the Securipool Classic, Prestige, Advantage and Luxe models?
Securipool fences (30mm) are frequently referred to as Securipool Classique (anodised post) and Securipool Prestige (lacquered post) and Securipool III fences (16mm) as Securipool Advantage (anodised post) and Securipool Advantage Luxe (lacquered post). These are identical models, only the post finishes and drilling diameters change.
  • Is the Securipool barrier 16 or 30mm in diameter?
When we indicate 30mm or 16mm, this corresponds to the drilling template for the holes (30 or 16mm drill bit). However, unlike the 16mm model which has a 30mm diameter post with a 16mm fixing, the 30mm barrier has a 30mm post and fixing (increased wind resistance).
  • What colours of Securipool fencing are available?
You can choose between a Securipool barrier with grey anodised posts and black or green netting in the Classique (30mm) and Advantage (16mm) ranges - and a barrier with lacquered posts: black with black netting, green with green netting, chocolate with chocolate netting, white netting (grey anodised posts) in the Prestige (30mm) and Advantage Luxe (30mm) ranges.
  • Which colour is the least noticeable?
Dark colours let the most light through. If you're looking for a real veil effect, it's best to opt for black, green, grey or chocolate. Green is best for wooded areas, chocolate for wooden terraces, and white should be chosen to match the furniture and exterior features of your home. White is the most opaque of all the colours available. Securipool, a colour to suit all tastes.
  • Is the Securipool net strong? What material is it made from?
The net has been designed and tested to withstand 3 tonnes/m2, i.e. 3 times the resistance required by the standard. The posts are reinforced at the base for maximum weather resistance. The net provides no support points and is resistant even if a child pulls on it while hanging on. The mesh net is made from PVC-coated polyester for optimum resistance and effective protection for your children, even if they fall onto the net.
  • How big is the Securipool gate? How is it fixed to the ground?
The Securipool PLATINIUM gate is designed to restrict access to the pool to children under 5 years of age, and has been tested by LNE (dossier E 13 331). It measures:
    - Overall width: 1030 mm
    - Height: 1235 mm
    - Supporting posts: 40 mm x 30 mm
    - Height above ground: 1235 mm

The PLATINIUM version is fixed to the ground using fixing plates with dowels and screws, and is also chemically sealed for greater resistance.

The Securipool EASY automatic gate can be dismantled and fixed using Ø16 or Ø30mm holes drilled in the floor.

The EASY kit consists of a central leaf and 2 rigid side sections 15.5cm long. Dimensions of the EASY gate: W (overall) 1030mm x H 1220mm, total length of the assembly (gate + 2 sections): 130cm.
  • Does the Securipool gate come with a lock?
The Securipool gate is supplied with a Magna Latch Court lock, inaccessible to children and to be placed on the pool side, as well as two keys.
  • I don't want a Securipool gate, is the latch enough?
The Securipool latch requires two simultaneous manipulations with a force of 20 newtons, making it impossible for small children to open. It is also a manual safety device for means of access: no electrical failure. This latch complies fully with safety standards. A stainless steel latch is fitted at the end of each section. This link between each section also constitutes an access to the pool, so it is possible to access the pool at each intersection of Securipool modules without using a gate. Please note that gates are compulsory for collective use: campsites, hotels, gites, childcare centres, etc.
  • Where can I access the pool without an automatic gate?
Access to the pool is possible at each intersection of the Securipool modules. By moving the two junction posts closer together and opening the safety latch, you will have direct access to the pool on either side of the pool. By purchasing a 1m section, you can plan for the future purchase of an automated gate: all you have to do is remove this section and install the gate in its place (this will allow you to decide whether or not opening by latch is right for you, or plan your purchase in two stages).
  • Will the Securipool gate age well?
The Securipool barrier is made in France. It has been tested by an approved laboratory to meet the very strict criteria of standard NF P90-306. The manufacturing quality of Securipool barriers is widely recognised and spare parts are available, including for models over 10 years old. What's more, it has been tested to resist UV rays, so there's no risk of the net fading or sagging over time.
  • If I lose or break a part, how can I get it?
Spare parts are available for all Securipool barrier models, including the oldest. If the product is not available for sale on our site, you can contact us via the contact page of our site to obtain a quote for the part you are looking for.
  • Can I have Securipool sections of 7m or more?
For private customers, sections are available from 1 to 6m, but it is possible to obtain a quote for sections of up to 15m on request. However, it's important to bear in mind that the longer the sections you choose, the heavier they will be when it comes to installing and removing the barrier. We recommend that you opt for 3m modules.
  • What is the difference between Securipool fencing and Chinese fencing?
Beware, there are many imitations of Asian origin on the market. Beware of these often low-cost models, which are of mediocre quality and not necessarily suited to the configuration of your pool. Here are some of the differences between Securipool barriers and Chinese removable barriers:
    - Only one colour of net and posts
    - Securipool has 4 colours of net and posts.
    - Only one length (3m or 3.66m), which means that neither customised nor conforming layouts are possible / Securipool has sections from 1 to 16m as well as made-to-measure modules. Possibility of recutting the net during installation to adapt the size (For example, for 10m with 3m Chinese sections: impossible to lay in the correct way).
    - The screws are riveted to the Chinese posts, they cannot be refastened after adjusting and cutting the net / All Securipool sections in all colours are easily adjustable without compromising strength.
    - The Chinese net buckles, so it is impossible to lay it in an aesthetic way and above all to obtain the tension that guarantees safety. The braid on the edges of the net is glued to the Chinese netting (detaches with heat / Securipool), the braids are sewn with a resistant thread treated against UV.
    - Can only be laid on paving with a single type of sleeve / Securipool can be laid on all types of flooring with two drilling diameters (30mm suitable for windy areas, defective flooring and laying on soil and 16mm suitable for laying on paving and terraces).
    - No made-to-measure section / Securipool has a 1m section with a made-to-measure net height of up to 180cm (laying on steps).
    - No wicket gate available / The Securipool automatic wicket gate is available in several colours, 100% compliant with the standard with automatic return, two-key lock.
    - No after-sales service available / Securipool has been on the market for more than 28 years, an efficient and effective after-sales service over time including on the first Securipool models.
  • How long is the guarantee on the Securipool barrier?
The Securipool barrier is guaranteed for 1 year. All spare parts are also available on request. Put your trust in Europe's leader. We offer extended warranties of up to 5 years*.
  • What material is used to manufacture Securipool posts?
Securipool posts are made of aluminium and are mounted every metre on the net for excellent tension. Additional posts are also available to meet all your requirements and layouts.
  • What's in the ground fixing kit?
The kit consists of 10 x 50cm PVC tubes + 1 x 1m tube that can be cut to make two extra sleeves if required.
  • How big is the Securipool latch?
From axis to axis of the posts, you need to allow 6cm so that the latch can be placed correctly on the pool side, which will leave a space of about 4cm between the posts.
  • What elements do you need to carry out our layout study?
We'll need a sketch of your layout, indicating the dimensions of the different lengths, the position of the gate if you want one, the nature of your ground, natural obstacles or other important features (gap at the end or low wall, steps, etc.), the slope of your ground if there is one, the colour and finish chosen, and the distance of the barrier from the pool. As many details as possible will enable us to respond more quickly and be more responsive to your needs. All the information we need to carry out your study will be summarised once you've registered your request for a quote on our website.
  • Communal pools & condominiums
  • I have a gîte. Is your barrier suitable for my profession?
In compliance with the NF P90-306 standard, the Securipool barrier is completely adapted to professionals such as gîtes, hotels, campsites, etc. Specific size modules are available for professionals. For any installation around a public swimming pool, it is compulsory to fit an automatic gate.
  • I'm a childminder, how do I get approved by the DDASS?
It's up to you to contact your DDASS to find out their exact requirements (which may vary from one department to another). The Securipool barrier fully meets the requirements of standard NF P90-306. Supplied with its certificate of conformity, it will enable you to obtain approval during the DDASS inspection of your home and to be able to look after children in your home peacefully and legally. It is compulsory to install an automatic gate.
  • I want to secure the swimming pool at my campsite or hotel. Which model should I choose?
If your pool is for public use, it's best to choose a 30mm barrier and fit an automatic gate. We can offer you sections of up to 15m in length, for precise layout, installation in compliance with the standard and fewer holes in the ground. Don't hesitate to contact our advisers for a personalised study based on your requirements and constraints in relation to the pool environment to be protected.
  • Is it compulsory to install an automatic gate?
Automatic gates are compulsory for communal pools: holiday cottages, hotels, condominiums and childminders. If you don't fall into one of these categories, you can opt for a manual gate: a stainless steel latch is fitted to each end section. This link between each panel also provides access to the pool (it should be positioned on the pool side). The safety latch and the tension of the fence require 2 simultaneous manipulations with a force of 20newtons. It is a manual safety device for these means of access: no breakdowns. This barrier does not replace parental supervision. The gates must not be left open.
  • Can I pay for my order by money order?
At RemovablePoolFence.net, we accept payment by money order. Please do not hesitate to contact our advisers for further information or to obtain a quotation or pro-forma invoice.
  • Pool safety & compliance
  • I want to have family or friends over but I don't want to keep the barrier up all year round. Is that possible?
It can be completely or partially dismantled in just a few minutes, so you can store it without any special maintenance and put it back up again whenever you like. As far as the standard is concerned, it is perfectly acceptable to dismantle your barrier if your pool is supervised, in the same way as you would have to remove a cover or turn off an alarm to go swimming. If you're away from home, you'll need to reinstall the barrier to make the pool safe.
  • Where can I find the certificate of conformity?
You can download the certificate of conformity from this page. To receive an original, you must order the Securipool barrier.
  • Will the barrier conform in all cases?
The Securipool barrier conforms to the NF P90-306 standard. A distinction must be made between the conformity of the barrier and that of the installation. Only if the installation complies with the instructions in the standard will it be considered compliant or not. In the case of non-compliant installation, the barrier will only serve as a protection and physical obstacle for the child, although an approved alarm or safety cover will be required.
  • Can I use the Securipool barrier as a railing on a high terrace?
The Securipool barrier has been designed to meet the criteria of standard NF P90-306. It is a safety product and can in no way be considered as a guardrail.
  • Can my child climb the barrier?
#The Securipool barrier has been designed to prevent children from climbing over it. Your child will therefore not be able to climb or scale the barrier; we invite you to watch the video by clicking on the link below.
  • Can an animal get under the gate?
When the gate is installed correctly and all the latches are closed (taking into account the advice in the installation leaflet), it provides effective protection and a physical barrier for your pet, which will not be able to enter the fenced area. There's no risk of your pet drowning or being triggered unexpectedly, as with perimeter or immersion alarms. However, the animal must not be able to jump over the fence, which is 120cm high.
  • Can I partially dismantle my barrier?
There is nothing to prevent you from dismantling your barrier to comply with the standard if your pool is supervised, in the same way as you would have to turn off the alarm or remove a protective cover to go swimming. By removing a few sections, you will benefit from a completely free visual and physical space, without this having any effect on the strength of the other modules. When you leave your pool, it will only take a few minutes to reassemble.
  • My pool is fitted with an alarm. Can I take down my Securipool barrier in winter?
By law, you must have a safety device in place, whether it's an alarm or a barrier. As the Securipool fence can be dismantled, you can take it down during the winter, roll it up and store it in your garage or pool house. Thanks to the sleeve covers supplied with the barrier, the holes will be protected and invisible.
  • Why choose a barrier rather than an alarm?
The two products can be combined for optimum security. When you're away or on holiday, the Securipool removable barrier is the best protection for you and your neighbours, because it forms a real physical barrier, unlike an alarm that goes off when a child has fallen into the pool. What's more, there's no risk of electronic failure or the alarm going off unexpectedly. You stay in harmony with your neighbours while respecting the law. If you're having a party and your children (or grandchildren) aren't around, simply leave the alarm on and remove your Securipool barrier to make the most of the space available to you.
  • How far away from the pool can the barrier be installed?
We recommend installing the barrier 1m from the pool. For private pools, however, don't install it too far away so as not to lose effectiveness. Check that there are no supports or moving parts within a 1.10m radius of the barrier. You can also include a beach in the safety perimeter. The law recommends a distance of one metre, but this is not compulsory.
  • What is required by the law of 3 January 2003 on swimming pool safety?
The law passed on 3 January 2003 requires the installation of a standardised safety device for all private or collective in-ground or semi-in-ground swimming pools (leisure centres, campsites, guest houses/gites, hotels, etc), including for long-term or seasonal lets. The decree published on 31 December 2003 specifies that the pools concerned are in-ground or semi-in-ground pools. The safety product chosen must comply with the standard. Barriers are subject to the NF P90-306 standard. The Securipool and Securipool III barriers fully meet the criteria of the standard and have been selected as compliant safety devices for swimming pools. Failure to comply with the provisions of Articles L. 128-1 and L. 128-2 is punishable by a fine of 45,000 Euros.
  • Afnor standard NF P90-306
The Securipool and Securipool III barriers fully comply with the safety and conformity points of the NF P90-306 standard. As such, a certificate of conformity issued by an approved laboratory is issued for each order placed on the RemovablePoolFence.net website. The CSC (consumer safety commission) recommends the barrier as the most reliable safety product for securing a swimming pool.

The Securipool fence is not a substitute for common sense or individual responsibility. Nor is it intended to replace the vigilance of responsible adults, who remain the essential factor in protecting young children. The means of access to the pool (with or without a Securipool gate) must be systematically closed if the child is absent from home, even temporarily, and/or if the parents stop supervising the pool.
  • Advice & Installation of the Securipool barrier
  • Do you install Securipool barriers?
On request, we can provide you with an estimate for installation in the Alpes Maritimes department and the neighbouring communes of the Var in the 06 department. Installation is only on paving (no masonry work).
  • What is the purpose of the epoxy resin included in the installation kit?
The epoxy resin is used to glue the sleeves into the holes in your paving stone. This is essential to ensure that your barrier stays in place. One tube of epoxy resin is enough to cover a 40m linear area, or 8 modules of 5m for example.
  • I live in a windy region. Which model should I choose?
In regions exposed to strong winds, we recommend that you choose the Securipool barrier with a 30mm fixing, even if you're installing it on paving. This will ensure better wind resistance.
  • My land is almost flat, can I use a large section?
To ensure safe installation, your fence should be installed on flat, level ground. If the ground is sloping, and depending on the study, it may be preferable to break up the slope by using small 1m sections, or if you have a step, to choose a section made to measure at a specific height.
  • What should I do if I only have a few lengths to secure around my pool?
Please note: when installing a Securipool fence, all the sides to be enclosed must be treated separately. It is imperative that two posts meet at the corners and are held in place by a latch so that the barrier has the tension it needs to hold in place (the same section cannot turn directly at right angles).
  • How can I adapt the length of the gate section to my dimensions?
If you need to reduce the length of a module, simply unscrew the screws on the last post. Place the post at the desired size by first screwing in the top and bottom while tightening the thread, then gradually tightening the thread and screwing in again. Use a cutter to trim off any excess.
  • Will the braid still be there if I cut the mesh?
Yes, the finishing braid will be gone, but this will have no effect on either the look or the strength of the product: the net will not fray. You can, however, reposition it on the net by sewing it back on using a sewing machine.
  • I'm going to install a wooden terrace around my pool. How do I lay the fence?
First of all, it's important to determine the thickness of the wood to be laid and, if necessary, what will be underneath. If the total thickness is equal to 11cm, the paving sleeves to be glued with epoxy resin should be suitable, otherwise you'll either need to make concrete blocks under each post under the wood and drill to embed yourself in the blocks, or if there's a gap, get the soil or concrete and penetrate it by 3cm using the soil sleeves that you'll cut flush with the wood without forgetting to glue them with epoxy resin (see the assembly instructions).
  • Can a Securipool barrier be installed on sand slabs?
The Securipool barrier can be installed on any type of ground. On sand paving, it is preferable to choose a 30mm model. You will need to know the thickness of the slabs, the thickness of the sand before the soil. You need to perforate the slab and bury an earth sleeve about 3 to 5 cm deep (see installation instructions).
  • My paving is worn and uneven, what model should I choose?
You should choose the 30mm Securipool Barrier and follow the installation instructions, reinforcing the base with PVC tubes.
  • Which way should I place the Securipool posts?
The rounded tube side should be positioned on the outside of the pool, with the latch on the inside.
  • How do I clean my Securipool barrier?
Maintenance of the Securipool barrier is reduced to a strict minimum. If necessary, you will only need water to clean the nets and braids, using a sponge and a dry cloth for the inside of the posts. Never use a Karcher, abrasive products, ammonia or bleach. All solvents (acetone and others) or similar products are also strictly forbidden.
  • How do I tighten the Securipool net after installation?
It may be necessary to adjust the net: undo the latch on the section that appears to be incorrectly tensioned, unscrew the screws on the last post, tension the net and take the measurements on the ground, which will be transferred to the braid at the top and bottom, put the screws back on the post and use a cutter to trim off any excess. The net will be taut, and safety and aesthetics will be preserved.
  • How do I replace the modules after dismantling?
From the very first installation, remember to number your modules by writing a number at the bottom of the first post, for example, and in a very precise order (clockwise, start of the house, etc.). This will simplify the other installations and allow each element to return to its original position.
  • Can I prepare my holes before I receive my order to save time?
Under no circumstances should you perforate your floor before receiving your equipment. Contrary to what you might think, you would risk wasting time and not being able to install your barrier correctly. It's imperative that you drill the holes one after the other while installing the barrier.
  • I made a mistake making the holes
Nothing is lost if the mistake is no more than 5cm. The posts can be shifted by moving them on the net, so that you can align the posts with the holes you have made.
  • How many holes should I make?
The posts are fitted every metre to provide excellent tension for the barrier. So, for a 3m section, you will have 4 posts and therefore 4 holes to make. By varying the size of your sections to suit the layout of your barrier, you will reduce the number of holes you need to make.
  • How many holes do I need to drill in my slab?
For a 30mm Securipool barrier installation, it is essential to drill a 30mm hole to a depth of 9cm. For a 16mm barrier, you will need to use a 16mm drill to a depth of 10.50cm.
  • Do I need to use a water core drill for 30mm drilling?
If you don't have a water-powered core drill, a 32mm diamond point will do the job (used in particular for plumbing work). The hole created should then be filled with a chemical sealant. Core drills can be hired from professional equipment hire companies such as Kiloutou, Loxam, Locarest, etc...
  • I've just poured my concrete blocks, can I still place my barrier?
You should always wait for the concrete to dry before finally installing your barrier. Allow at least 2 days for the concrete to dry.
  • How do I install the safety latch?
Installing the latch is easy: there is a pre-drilled hole on the posts. If you have any difficulty, be sure to use a Ø4mm drill designed for metal. These components of the barrier are always installed on the inside of the pool: on the profile and at the top.
  • Can I stand right on the edge of my terrace?
We recommend that you stand back 4 or 5 cm from the edge of the terrace.
  • How do I install the barrier if I have a step along the length?
We can make a made-to-measure section in height to ensure that your installation complies by making both parts of the installation the same height. Please contact our advisers or request a personalised quote.
  • I'd like to fit my gate at the corner
The wicket gate cannot be placed directly at the corner, but thanks to the new 25cm rigid modules, you can place it as close as possible to the corner.
  • Can I install the wicket door facing my Roman staircase?
As it will be held in place by the new 50cm rigid sections (available as an option) that will frame it, you can install your gate opposite your staircase and follow its contours as closely as possible.
  • I have a low wall on one side of my pool. Can I install my barrier on the decking in front of it?
You should either install the barrier on your low wall if this is feasible (making sure that the height of the wall does not mean that you lose compliance with the standard if the rest of the barrier is installed at ground level), but under no circumstances should you install the barrier inside the wall as it would become a support point and could allow the barrier to be crossed to reach the pool, unless your barrier is installed 62 cm inside the wall. If it is not possible to install the barrier on a low wall, the latter will have to be included in the perimeter to be enclosed, so your barrier will have to be installed behind it. When the barrier is combined with one or more walls, the latter must not allow access to the pool. There must be a distance of 1.10 m between 2 support points.
  • Is it possible to install a barrier starting from a wall and ending on a hedge?
In this case, you'll need to provide an additional latch to connect the post of the section to your wall (provided that the wall is high enough, at least 1.10 m) and an additional support post to put at the other end, on the hedge side, to hold your barrier in place. If your wall is too low, you'll need two support posts and an extra latch to hold your installation in place. Our advisers are at your disposal for any further information.

  • What should I do if there is a problem after delivery?
Has your parcel been damaged in transit, is the order incorrect, have you changed your mind and want to return the equipment or have you not yet received your parcel, which was dispatched more than seven days ago? Don't hesitate to contact us, we'll take care of everything!

If the product you have received has been damaged in transit, indicate this on the delivery note issued by the carrier in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature. Notify us of the problem on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery via the After Sales Service in your personal account and we will tell you what to do.

If you think your product is missing an accessory: we ask you to check that your product is complete on receipt, with all accessories present. No missing product claim will be validated if your call to our customer service is not made within 24 hours of delivery and if the packaging of your product has been thrown away. This call must be followed by a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours. You can also notify us of this problem via the After Sales Service in your personal account.

If the product you have received is faulty, contact us on the day of delivery or no later than the first working day following delivery: we will tell you what to do. Don't worry: the products sold on our site are covered by their manufacturers' warranties!

If the product you receive does not correspond to the one you ordered, or if a product is missing, the first thing to do is to indicate this on the delivery note issued by the carrier. Then, notify us of the error on the day of delivery or, at the latest, on the first working day following delivery via the After-Sales Follow-up function in your personal account, and we will rectify the error as quickly as possible.

If you are waiting for your product and the deadline announced in our order tracking email has been exceeded (more than seven days after the dispatch date of your parcel), contact us as soon as possible via your After Sales Tracking so that we can resolve the problem.

For all your questions about an order in progress, please consult the After Sales Tracking section of your personal account. You'll find all the answers to your questions there, as well as all the steps to take in the event of a problem when you receive your parcel. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
  • How to return an item
When an item of equipment is not working, it may be necessary to return it under warranty so that we can take care of it.

Before contacting our Technical Support, we invite you to carry out a few checks: start-up procedure, installation and use in accordance with the user manual, etc. If the problem is not resolved, do not hesitate to check whether your product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, in which case the manufacturer will deal with the equipment directly.

If your product is guaranteed by RemovablePoolFence.net directly (GOLD or ZEN contract), you should contact us so that our technicians can help you, and create a returns file if necessary. To do this, please contact us using the form available in your customer account, under After Sales. It would be helpful if you could send us as much information as possible about the situation (symptoms encountered, any tests carried out, history of the problem) so that we can help you effectively.

We remind you that any return of equipment must only be made after obtaining a returns number from our services, otherwise your package will be refused and returned to you.

You will also find here the warranty conditions in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
  • I would like to take back equipment I received less than days
We accept the return of an order or an item within days of delivery. This period may be extended depending on any options subscribed to at the time of ordering.

A returns number is required to process a return: you can obtain this by contacting us via the after-sales service section of your personal account.

You would like to request a return, but the days are almost up and you can't get in touch with us by phone? It's all right: we only care about the date your request was sent by email.

The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item(s), followed by confirmation of the credit note or refund you require. We undertake to refund the full amount of the item(s) within a maximum of 30 days. 10 days are generally observed between the date the file is closed and receipt of payment.

To organise your returns request from your customer area, go to your customer account and simply select the order concerned.

In accordance with article L121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, as Securipool barriers are personalised products (dimensions, colours, type of fixing, etc) and made to measure and at the customer's request, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and no returns will be accepted by Removable Pool Fence. RemovablePoolFence.net cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for erroneous measurements supplied by the customer which would result in non-conformity with the measurements required for the customer's pool.
  • Obtaining an invoice
We issue an invoice once all the products have been dispatched. It is therefore normal to receive an invoice even before delivery. Once the invoice has been issued, it will be sent by email to the email address you provided when you placed your order or to the email address available in your customer account.

First of all, you need to log in to your customer account. At the top of the site, click on My account, then enter the email address and password you specified when creating your account. Once you have logged in, you will be automatically redirected to the my account section.

In the left-hand menu, select Track my orders. All the orders placed from the account are then listed. If the invoice has been generated, an Invoice button will be available on your order. Click on this button to download it.

Please update your PDF reader software to enable you to read this document.
  • I've been asked for proof or further information by email
RemovablePoolFence.net has put in place a procedure to secure orders in order to avoid any fraud, in the interests of everyone, customers and retailers. Each order is checked by our order verification service to ensure that the person paying is indeed the person who ordered and who will therefore be delivered.

Validation of your payment: if you have not chosen online payment by bank card, Cofinoga card or Aurore card, validation of your payment is effective on receipt of your payment (cheque, payment by money order, etc.).

Validation of your identity: this takes effect on receipt of a photocopy of an identity document and proof of address, regardless of the method of payment chosen.

In the event that proof is required to validate your order (identity document, etc.), you will be informed by email. To send us the requested documents, simply go to your personal account, select the order concerned and follow the instructions on your order tracking page.
  • Extended warranties
  • Principles and benefits of the Gold Guarantee
The GOLD Contract is offered as an option in your shopping cart when you place your order. It only applies to products for which the Gold Guarantee is indicated on the product sheet or in the cart.

The duration of the GOLD Contract is one or two years (or 90 days depending on the product) and begins on the day it is invoiced. The duration of the GOLD Contract is indicated on the product sheet and in your cart. The new product selected as part of the Gold Contract will benefit from the original manufacturer's warranty indicated on the product sheet. The Gold Guarantee Contract allows you to obtain a voucher* equivalent to the price of the equipment paid when the initial order was placed, excluding transport and administration costs.

For the duration of this period, this guarantee allows you to obtain a voucher* equivalent to the purchase value of the product and to order a new product from RemovablePoolFence.net to replace the repair of your defective product. When you receive your voucher by email, simply choose a new product of your choice to replace your faulty product.

You'll receive your new product immediately and can enjoy the season without worrying about repairing your faulty product.

To benefit from the Gold Contract Guarantee, you must subscribe at the same time as you purchase the product and on the same order. The guarantee applies to products selected in the cart and for which it is offered as an option. If you do not wish to benefit from the Contrat OR warranty on a product, simply remove it from your cart before validating your order.
  • How to use your GOLD Guarantee
Your product covered by the GOLD Guarantee has broken down during the GOLD Contract subscription period and you would like to get your voucher to buy a replacement product? Simply log on to your customer area, which you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and make a GOLD Guarantee request.

On receipt of the product and after assessing the fault, RemovablePoolFence.net will email you a voucher* for the same amount as you paid for the product when you placed your order.

You will then be able to use your RemovablePoolFence.net voucher immediately to purchase a new cleaner of your choice from our catalogue of pool cleaners. If the cost of the replacement product is higher than that of the defective product, you can make up the difference using the payment method of your choice available on the site when the order is validated.
  • Extended warranty up to 5 years*.
For peace of mind, opt for the 1 to 3 year warranty extension pack.

This guarantee extension will give you an additional guarantee anywhere in France if your appliance malfunctions.

An effective guarantee that covers the exchange or repair of your product, including the replacement of faulty parts and labour. Prices vary depending on the product and the duration of the guarantee chosen (see terms and conditions in your cart).
  • How do I take advantage of the warranty extension?
From my cart, I add my warranty extension to my order, as well as its duration, from 1 to 3 additional years depending on the product.

Everything is included, RemovablePoolFence.net takes care of everything free of charge: diagnosis, parts and labour*.

In the event of a breakdown, I contact the warranty support service.

Depending on the type of breakdown and equipment, the defective product is replaced by a new one* or the equipment is repaired by an approved technical centre. For full details of how the guarantee applies, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.
