6. How long do we keep your data?

Your personal data may be kept for a longer period if you have placed an order on the site, in order to comply with specific legal obligations or to comply with applicable statutory limitation periods. For example, data may be kept for :

7. How is your data secured?
We take into account the nature of the personal data and the risks presented by the processing in order to put in place the appropriate technical, physical and organisational measures to preserve the security and confidentiality of personal data and prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
We choose subcontractors or service providers who offer guarantees in terms of quality, security, reliability and resources to ensure the implementation of technical and organisational measures, including security of processing. Subcontractors and service providers undertake to respect levels of confidentiality at least equal to our own.
When you pay on our site, your payments are secure. In fact, RemovablePoolFence.net uses a PCI-DSS certified payment service provider. This standard is an international security standard whose objectives are to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of cardholder data, and thus secure the protection of card and transaction data.
